Fully fermented and made with 80% organic rye flour, 10% organic whole spelt flour and 10% whole wheat flour. Sunflower and pumpkin seeds add texture and flavour, as well as upping the nutritional profile. This 100% wholegrain loaf differs slightly from the 100% rye sourdough. Darker in colour with a subtle difference in the flavour profile. Other ingredients include sea salt and filtered water, and a touch of fermented red rye malt flour.
