All of our products are slowly and naturally leavened, and lovingly handcrafted by dedicated and skilful artisans. Our ethos is to freshly bake a healthy and delicious product using the cleanest, natural ingredients, with all organic flours and no artificial additives, preservatives or flavourings. Everything we bake is fully fermented and leavened only by a pure and organic sourdough starter, without the use of commercial yeast or any other chemical leavening agents. All stone baked in house, our selection is continually evolving and expanding, taking inspiration from far and wide. Our menu also changes seasonally, using locally sourced seasonal fresh ingredients where possible.
