Slowly fermented and naturally leavened for over 30 hours, they contains no other raising agents and no chemicals or preservatives. Light, moist and surprisingly airy, and made with 100% organic spelt flour that has been allowed to unhurriedly rise. Sweetened with ripe bananas and a touch of coconut palm sugar, raw cacao nibs and dark chocolate chips. No other added artificial or refined sugars.
