Packed with apricots, figs, dates, sultanas, currants and cranberries, the sourdough fruit loaf is lightly spiced, fully fermented for over 36 hours and all naturally sweet. Made with a blend of wheat, rye and spelt organic flours, it’s moist and soft, and delicious as it is or lightly toasted with your favourite topping. Other ingredients include sea salt, filtered water, star anise, cinnamon, cloves, and a touch of orange zest.
