Fully fermented for over 72 hours ( yes, you read that right!) and made with organic flours, these sourdough doughnuts are so light and pillowy that you’ll barely notice you ate one! Fried in organic expeller pressed coconut oil and made with all natural ingredients, they are available in a variety of decadent hand crafted fillings. They have the most amazingly soft, fluffy texture and literally melt in your mouth. Best eaten on the same day, they are currently only available during the festival of Chanukah.
Due to seasonal availability and the infestation issues of raspberries (with respect to the kosher food laws), this is the only filling that is not hand made. Tiptree raspberry seedless conserve is a high quality kosher conserve, free from artificial colours and flavours and prepared in the traditional way. Our sourdough doughnuts are carefully and generously filled to ensure that the jammy deliciousness is present in every bite!
